When does my box arrive?
We ship your box by 30 June 2026, and I will do my best to send it sooner. Production in Ibitinga runs in parallel with orders, and shipment goes out alongside the handwritten welcome card from the founder.
Who makes the pillow?
Crafted in Ibitinga, São Paulo, at Golden Dreams' partner manufacturer. Premium siliconized fibre core, 400 thread-count sateen cover. Aurora is the brand's Brazilian textile line, the counterpart to the imported Danish duvet.
How does the R$799 credit work?
Your R$799 deposit is held as credit and waits for you. When the Collection opens, it applies in full to the Signature or Nordic set you choose. Nothing is lost.
What is founder pricing?
Once a year, you get 10% off on one collection purchase, as long as it is above R$1,000 and includes a duvet or a pillow. The benefit attaches to your CPF as Founding 30 and does not stack with seasonal promotions.
How long do the benefits last?
The recurring benefits (founder pricing, annual dinner, annual gift, concierge) last ten years, the same term as the factory warranty against manufacturing defects. To keep them active, one purchase per year, of any value, is enough. Your place on the Founders' Wall and your founder title are forever, with no condition.
How does the annual dinner work?
Every year, a Winter Dinner at O Escandinavo restaurant, in Pinheiros, with the invitation via concierge on WhatsApp. Golden Dreams offers up to R$100 in credit per guest toward the dinner. Drinks are not included.
What is the annual gift?
An annual gift from the brand to the 30, sent every year on the brand's anniversary. Not a sale, a gift. You don't know what's coming, and that's the point.
What if I choose the wrong pillowcase colors?
Message the concierge within 48 hours of delivery. We'll swap for another Aurora color, at no cost. One swap per box.
Can I gift a Founding 30 box?
Yes. The benefits (founder pricing, concierge, annual dinner, annual gift) attach to the recipient's CPF, not the buyer's, for ten years. Let the concierge know at purchase so the welcome card is personalized accordingly.
