In 1837, Hans Christian Andersen published The Little Mermaid. The same year brought the princess who felt a pea beneath twenty eiderdowns. Two stories about noticing what no one else notices.

Our Signature duvet carries her name: Mermaid. Danish goose down, fill power 725, the lightest in the house. It warms like a heavy blanket while weighing almost nothing, the whole Scandinavian paradox in a single piece.

For this set it wears Cloud Pink, a soft greyed pink, closer to skin tone than to sugary pink. The cover is slightly smaller than the duvet, on purpose, so it always looks full and stays in place through the night. Concealed zip, sewn in the state of São Paulo.

The box also holds a Sage Green pillowcase, as a gift. Together with the pink, these are the colours of the Little Mermaid.

Who is the bed for?

In northern Europe each person sleeps under their own duvet, even in a shared bed. Two duvets mean respect and love.

And the pillow?

The pillowcase always comes in Cloud Pink, so the whole bed is one colour. The couple set includes two.

How to care for it

The cover and pillowcases wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle, inside out. Good sateen needs no fabric softener.

The duvet hardly needs washing: air it for ten minutes in the morning with the window open and it recovers its loft. Cared for this way, it stays with you for decades.
